          Can I get custom reports without having to go to ProfitFab Gold?

       Yes. Custom reports and utility procedures are available outside the core of ProfitFab.

What does ProfitFab Gold cost?

ProfitFab Gold requires the ProfitFab ERP core, therefore you must be a current ProfitFab ERP user or you must purchase ProfitFab ERP. Your specific customization needs will determine the cost of ProfitFab Gold. There is an initial one time startup fee, after that you only pay for the features you want, when you want them.

Is there an Upgrade Protection Plan in ProfitFab Gold like in ProfitFab ERP?

No. Once the core program has been customized to meet your needs, there are no automatic upgrades, and no Upgrade Protection Plan.

What about technical customer support for ProfitFab Gold?

There are several support plans to choose from.

When I am on ProfitFab Gold and a feature comes out in ProfitFab ERP that I would like to have, can I get it?

Yes, since ProfitFab Gold users don't have an annual Upgrade Protection Plan, you will only pay a custom link charge to get the features. Remember, you only pay for the features you want.

How long does it take to get a custom change incorperated into my ProfitFab Gold?

That depends. If the change is a small one like changing screen prompts or arranging the order of fields on a screen, you can expect your changes to be running in less then 24 hours. Likewise, if you want to change the overall flow of your purchasing processes, it may take several weeks.

What's the process I go through to get custom changes in ProfitFab Gold?

Supply our development staff with a request for quote detailing your program changes and we will review your request and promptly send you a quote reflecting the cost and delivery date. When approved, we will promptly start development. Depending on the complexity of your request, our development staff may be in constant communication with you during the development process. When the program changes have been completed, you will be sent the update to install on your system.

How do I pay for custom changes to ProfitFab Gold?

50% down with your PO and the balance is due in full upon completion.

I would like to go to ProfitFab Gold, but I really don't know exactly how to detail the changes in writing.
